Worst customer service. Staff are unprofessional. Completely disgusted in this clinic. Doctors seem to be uneducated and not qualified to do their job. So disappointing

Dr. Pushpika Namali Wijethilake from Keilor Medical Clinic, (now located in Keilor Downs) was very rude towards me, close minded to alternative medicines and practices, and also treated me like a child. I went into the clinic on 12.10.17 and had asked for a full blood count, also wanting to include Magnesium, Zinc and Iodine. I had consulted a Naturopath recently as western medicine alone is not helping me with my medical concerns, if not making me feel worse. Any GP I see from that clinic ignores my symptoms that I have that have become worse and are never willing to further investigate why I still feel the way that I do. So when she heard that I wanted those levels tested she said, “Let me guess, you’re seeing a Naturopath?” She then continued to preach her views on western medicine, insulting all Naturopath’s practices and claimed that, “[I’ve] come to the clinic to see [her] and it is not in [her] best interest to test me for those things.” (I did not request to see her specifically, I booked an appointment for anybody to see me as I was merely going for blood work. I made that clearly known!). She persisted for a good 10 minutes that I was to give her my Naturopath’s details to find out why I was having those things tested, whilst I kept explaining to her that I too, wanted to know those test results. (When patients are in hospitals these levels are regularly checked so she clearly is unaware of how common it is to check for these things..) She at the end of the appointment demanded that I gave her my Naturopath’s details to speak to herself whilst withholding a prescription from me; literally holding the piece of paper away from me so that I couldn’t reach it. I put my hand out to her and said, “Don’t treat me like a child...” Which she then finally gave in and handed it over to me. The icing on the cake? When I went to have my blood test at another clinic straight after my appointment the nurse informed me that Dr. Pushpika Namali Wijethilake had forgotten to add my red and white blood count, additionally sharing with me that it wasn’t the first complaint she had heard about this GP..! This treatment towards me was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To say I am outraged by Dr. Pushpika Namali Wijethilake’s behaviour is an understatement. I will not be going to this clinic ever again because their GPs refuse to ever help me and believe that pumping me with their textbook meds will suffice. When I took the initiative to further investigate my concerns and condition, Dr. Pushpika Namali Wijethilake decided to be condescending and rude towards me, whilst insulting another profession’s practices and advice that I was seeking outside of their clinic. I believe she, as well as the other GPs at this clinic would benefit from a lot of PD and up-skilling training, starting with general customer service. No GP should ever undermine a patient who is simply seeking to be a healthier being.

Doctors are good. The customer service team need to be changed or please provide proper training. About how to acknowledge and treat customers . Worse service ever. Last time waited for 1 hr unnecessarily .Thus Today gone very early . But the customer service lady not even bothered to acknowledge and just walked away. Now I am in the situation to search for another doctor. Just because of the worse customer service. Really disappointed.

The girls at the reception didn't manage the queue properly and keep letting late comers to go first. On raising the concern the response was very unprofessional (keep glaring at the mobile phone while talking, was very rude). Also they over booked and usually have one doctor after hours, so he can't handle the load and panics.
